About Our Melts: Our wax melts are hand poured in Baltimore, Ohio by a small, local team right here at our family run studio & boutique. These melts are made with American made soy wax, and the oils sourced from IFRA perfumists that conform to the strictest standards, both legally and our own, to ensure you’re getting a top-notch product that’s safe, fragrant and worth every penny. Many of our ingredients are sourced right here in Ohio!
Curing Process: Curing is a process that occurs when natural wax and oil are mixed and cooled. The oil needs time to bind to the wax and strengthen, which in turn makes them smell significantly stronger! Curing takes at least 2 weeks post-production, but most wax ships pre-cured! However since many of them are made fresh and sell fast, many customers opt to wait 1-2 weeks before melting a product once they receive it… just in case! Don’t worry, you can still open and sniff in the meantime! For best results and max potential, you can cure for up to 2 months!

One cube is designed to last a week before needing to be replaced. Wax warmers should generally be left on for 4 to 8 hours at a time, and turned off when not in use, especially overnight.
Curing Process: They get stronger with time! When natural wax and oils are mixed, the oil needs time to bind to the wax — this deepens and strengthens the scent.
Curing takes about 2 weeks, though most melts ship pre-cured. Because products sell fast, some customers still wait 1–2 weeks after receiving their melts for the best throw. You can always sniff early and melt later!
For maximum scent strength, cure up to 2 months — though we wish we could pre-cure them all, our fresh small-batch process makes that tricky.

Not sure… I use melts all the time & this is my 1st order with your company. My 1st impression on the Poe is the smell is overwhelming. Granted I’m not “in love” with the scent to start with but paired with it being SO STRONG the dog ran , certainly doesn’t help. lol. The second thing is it’s strangely soft, almost mushy. The melts in the sample set I ordered aren’t like that so I wondering if maybe it’s a batch issue? Either way it’s a strange consistency…
This one smells amazing! The best way I can think to describe it is walking through a halloween store. And smelling a mix of cinnamon pinecones, hay and of course POEPOURRI bags. Truly an amazing essence 👏 can being me the spooky vibes all year long 🐦⬛ PLUS who doesn't love the wax buddies?!!

Long time favorite! Smells like the potpourri that used to be in huge jars at the candle shop when I was a kid, the kind you bought by the scoop, but BETTER! And I got the rare gow in the dark Raven!! Nothing better!
the fragrance definitely cuts through anything , & it's usually easy enough to find the Raven toyThis is not a subtle ambiance type of melt, so be warned.
This is officially one of my absolute favorites now. I wish it was an all year round scent, so I have to stock up a little when I can. Highly recommend Poepourri.
I love the scent! And, I got a crow! He doesn't glow in the dark but I got a crow! So fun! I still have one more pack of this great scent so maybe there will be another crow. Hope so!
My favorite scent from Bewilderment!!!! Im not a fruity floral kind of person.. so this woody, incensy, spicy scent is almost always melting in my house!!!
It's such an amazing sniff! I'm from Baltimore, MD so this was an absolute must have for me! I love my lil raven wax buddy it came with as well! I shall name him Edgar!
I'm so sad I wasn't lucky enough to get a glow in the dark raven, but I love the one I got nonetheless. So this scent is smoky-ish, but like you're in a dusty mansion, rich with knowledge and sad, so you write and write until your hearts content-ish. It's a great spooky scent.
