Is this a subscription?
Yes. The signup buttons automatically apply TREATYOSELF for 50% off your first month: $17.50 before shipping and taxes. The code is limited to one use per customer and applies to the first billing cycle only. After that, Melt Mail is $34.99/month, with automatic renewals billed on the 15th. You can modify or cancel anytime.
What exactly is guaranteed in each delivery?
Four full-size themed wax melts, one surprise non-wax treat, and a free 3–4 inch weatherproof vinyl sticker (a $4 value). Bonus wax samples are included when available, so they’re a lovely extra rather than a guaranteed part of every box.
When does Melt Mail ship?
Melt Mail ships once a month, around the 2nd–3rd week. That’s the shipping window, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you’re joining near a monthly changeover, email hi@bewilderment.com and we can confirm which shipment you’ll receive.
Is shipping included?
Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You can review the total before completing your purchase.
Can I choose the scents?
Melt Mail is a curated themed assortment, so exploring the selection is part of the experience. If you prefer picking every fragrance, browse our wax melts for individual choices.
Do I need a wax warmer?
Yes—you’ll need a wax warmer to enjoy the melts. A warmer is not included in the monthly lineup. Follow your warmer’s directions, and turn it off when it’s not in use.
What if the scent seems light?
Natural wax can need time to cure, and scent throw also depends on your warmer and room. Our usual curing guidance is about two weeks; most melts ship pre-cured. Email hi@bewilderment.com if you need help getting the best from yours.
Will every theme be my thing?
Your favorites may change from month to month—that’s part of discovering new scents. Themes, artwork, and extras vary, and some include mild swear words or grown-up jokes. Photos show examples; the exact items in your next box may differ.
