Since 2015, we've been making sniffs for people who want their space to feel a little more like them. Our family-run team hand-pours our wax melts in Baltimore, Ohio, using American-made soy wax.

Can I change my scents?
Your named scents repeat with each delivery; our team chooses each Surprise bar when packing. Account editing is not available yet. For a different mix, cancel your existing subscription before its next order processes, then build a new box and subscribe again. Rejoining places and charges a new order immediately. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not change or refund an order already processed.
Do I need a warmer?
Yes. These are wax melt bars for a wax warmer. A warmer is not included in your monthly box. Follow your warmer’s instructions for how much wax to use.
Can I take a break?
Yes. Skip your next delivery or cancel in your account before the next order processes. Cancellation stops future renewals; orders already processed are not automatically canceled or refunded.
What happens if a scent sells out?
If a named scent becomes unavailable, our team will contact you about a replacement or refund before shipping. Named scents are not automatically substituted. Surprise bars are chosen from available standard scents when we pack your box.
When will my first box ship?
The first-box dispatch schedule will be confirmed before this service opens. Monthly billing dates and delivery dates are different; your portal will show your upcoming order date.
Do Spell Melts cost extra?
Yes. Spell Melts have a higher regular price, and your box’s percentage discount applies to that price too. Choose a larger box for a bigger discount. Your total updates as you pick your scents.
Can I change my box size or delivery schedule?
Choose 4, 6, or 8–16 bars delivered every month or every other month at signup. To change later, contact us or cancel before your next order processes and subscribe again when you are ready for a new box. Rejoining charges a new order immediately. Account scent and size editing is not available yet.
How do surprise bars work?
Choose one or more surprise bars—or make your whole box a mystery. Our team picks an available standard scent for each slot when packing each delivery. The scent is not revealed in the builder, and your category filter does not limit staff picks. Surprise bars receive your standard-bar box discount; premium Spell Melts are not guaranteed.
