🚨 Shipping Update as of April 9th 🚨
We’re shipping three times more orders than usual (cue the confetti 🎉), so shipping is temporarily 2–3 weeks instead of 1. We’re moving as fast (and carefully) as humanly possible. Thanks for your patience—you’re a gem.

CURRENT SHIPPING SPEED: 2–3 Weeks

Heads up: Your shipping label might print days before your order actually leaves. It’s not lost—we pinky promise.

Quick Shipping Notes:

• We Ship Tuesday–Friday 6am to 6pm:
  Weekend orders start moving the next week.

• Subscriptions:
  Boxes usually ship mid to late month. Billing and shipping dates might not match—and that’s normal.

• Heat Advisory:
  If it’s hot where you are, we might hold your order to keep your wax from turning into soup.

• Apparel Ships Separately:
  Shirts and cozy things come from a different printer, so they’ll arrive in a separate package.

• Combining Orders:
  We combine pending orders automatically. (If you place a bunch back-to-back, it can slow things down a little. Worth it.)
